Microdermabrasion treatments work by directing a stream of aluminum oxide abrasive crystal and gentle suction across the areas of skin where improvement is needed to gently remove the upper layers of the skin to stimulate cellular turnover. Newer healthier skin cells are brought to the most visible and superficial layer. This improves the texture and evens the color tone of the skin. requires little or no "downtime" for healing and recovery.
Our microdermabrasion treatment is followed by Ultrasound skin therapy using Alpha Lipoic Acid and DMAE. Ultrasound therapy helps the skin to absorb nutrients. It is simply sound waves that can pass through the skin and into the tissue. Ultrasound therapy promotes healing, increases fibroblast activity, and increases circulation in localized areas. It has also been found to exfoliate and smooth the skin.
Also included in our microdermabrasion treatment is LED light therapy. Which increases cellular activity, stimulates collagen, tones & firms, repairs skin damage, and reduces fine lines and wrinkles.
